As part of the BCI's BCAW 2019 , we held our FIRST Heads of BCM Forum with local companies in and around Milton Keynes area's to share how we have Invested in Resilience. Fitting right into the BCI's theme.
A great morning of being inspired and learning each other's stories. We are all doing the same thing, facing the same challenges and most importantly, none of this is valid without investing in ourselves and our people.
It's ALL about PEOPLE!! (Obvious I know, BUT it's important to remind ourselves of this).
